At UGG Original, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process.
Returns
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item.

Return Process:

- Step 2: Our team will provide you with a return label and the return address.
- Step 3: Pack the item securely in the original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documentation. Attached the return label to the package and drop off at your local post office. q
- Step 4: Ship the return package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
- Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming the status of your refund.
- Approval: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
- Partial Refunds: Only partial refunds are granted if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team to ensure we have the replacement item in stock. Exchanges are subject to the same conditions as returns.
